It is compulsory for our staff to attend mandatory training sessions. They are also given frequent refresher course training to ensure that their knowledge and skills are up to date and clients receive quality care.
We have male and female carers from all backgrounds. Some have their own means of transportation and work with us on a regular basis. Reviews and supervisions are carried out regularly to ensure our client’s receive the best care and that carers are adequately supported to deliver the best possible service.
